1. Tomato Powder Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons tomato powder
  • 1 cup water or vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion until translucent.
  2. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Stir in tomato powder, water (or broth), oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened. Serve over cooked pasta and garnish with fresh basil.

2. Tomato Powder Soup

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoons tomato powder
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté carrot and celery until soft.
  2. Add vegetable broth, tomato powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Blend until smooth if desired. Serve hot.

3. Tomato Powder Seasoned Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter
  • 2 tablespoons tomato powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add popcorn kernels and cover.
  2. Once popping slows, remove from heat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix tomato powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Drizzle popcorn with melted butter or oil and sprinkle the seasoning on top. Toss to combine.

4. Tomato Powder Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons tomato powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, tomato powder, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Serve with pita bread or veggies.

5. Tomato Powder Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice (white or brown)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato powder
  • 2 cups vegetable broth or water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, combine rice, tomato powder, broth (or water), cumin, and salt.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer until rice is cooked (about 15-20 minutes for white rice, longer for brown).
  3. Fluff with a fork and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
